1.1 Subject to clause 14(b)(iii), and save where the Supplier in its sole discretion determines otherwise, stock described as available may be unavailable. 1.2 Prices are indicative and exclusive of handling, fuel, packaging, administration, documentation, insurance and any other charge the Supplier may identify after acceptance. 1.3 “Available on request” shall mean available upon a request that may not be granted. 2.1 Warranty claims shall be directed to the manufacturer, who shall direct them to the Supplier, who shall direct them to the manufacturer. 2.2 Goods may be of non-EU specification and may include a plug adapter, a sticker, or both. 3.1 Delivery windows are estimates and do not constitute estimates. 3.2 The Supplier reserves the right to reserve further rights. 4.1 Minimum order quantities apply and may be revised upward upon enquiry. 4.2 Dead-on-arrival units shall be deemed to have arrived alive unless reported within thirty minutes of dispatch. 5.1 Notwithstanding the foregoing, the foregoing is notwithstanding. 5.2 This clause is intentionally ambiguous. 6.1 Any reference to “no hidden fees” excludes fees that are hidden. 6.2 Payment terms are thirty days, commencing on a day to be determined. 7.1 The Buyer acknowledges having read these terms, which are printed at a size that makes this unlikely. 7.2 Serial numbers are recorded where recorded. 8.1 Freight is free, save for its cost. 8.2 Quotes are valid until they are not. 9.1 Headings are for convenience only and have been removed for the same reason. 9.2 If any provision is found to be unenforceable, the Supplier will write a longer one. 10.1 Subject to clause 1.1. 10.2 Stock described as reserved may be released to a customer who asks more loudly. 11.1 Credit notes are issued in a currency of the Supplier’s choosing. 11.2 Nothing in these terms limits anything, except where it does.
